What payment methods are available?

The following payment options are currently available to you:

Is there a minimum order value?

No, there is no minimum order value . However, please note: shipping costs apply to orders under CHF 50 (CHF 6.90).

Can I pick up my order in person?

No, local pickup is not currently possible. However, we are working on offering this option in the future .

How can I get advice on the products?

Use our contact options – we look forward to your inquiry by message or phone.

Do I need a customer account to place an order?

No, you can also order without a customer account . However, a customer account gives you faster access to your orders, easier tracking, and access to the loyalty program.

Can I cancel or return my order?

Yes, you can return products within 7 calendar days of delivery, provided they are unopened and unused .

Where does ZENITA® deliver to?

We deliver exclusively within Switzerland .

How much are the shipping costs?
  • CHF 6.90 shipping costs for orders under CHF 50
  • Free shipping on orders over CHF 50
How will my order be shipped?

Shipping is handled by Swiss Post with PostPac Priority (parcel delivery on the next working day).

How quickly will my order be shipped?

All in-stock products are usually shipped within one working day of receiving the order.

What happens in case of delivery delays?

If a delay of more than three working days is foreseeable, you will be informed in good time .

If we are 14 calendar days late after the originally announced delivery date, you can withdraw from the contract and receive a refund of any amounts already paid .

Loyalty program

How can I access the loyalty program?

Simply open your personal loyalty program dashboard using our step-by-step guide.

Are loyalty points also awarded for shipping costs?

No, shipping costs are excluded from the order value and are not credited with loyalty points.

I successfully referred a friend. Where can I view my balance?

You can view your balance at any time in your customer account under the "Profile" tab.

What happens to my points if I return a product or cancel a contract?

The points credited for the affected items will be deducted accordingly in the event of a return or cancellation.

Can I transfer my discount vouchers to another person?

No, activated vouchers are personal and can only be redeemed by you.
